Aikido.
Aikido is a traditional Martial Art, not a sport. Training is non-competitive with no tournaments or sparring. Aikido offers effective self defence skills and forms the basis for police defensive tactics. Classes are conducted in a friendly and supportive atmosphere with an emphasis on self confidence and respect. The instructor is an internationally recognized 6th Degree Black Belt. Join us for ongoing classes with your first trial class at no charge.
