They started packing first, they packed all of our belongings with a lot of care and they also moved it very carefully. All the furniture was easily carried down from the 3rd floor and they did not bump it to anything. Everything went extremely well. There were no damages and no extra fees. This move was just perfect! I do not have a single complaint!
