I have worked with Mr. Burks for over 5 years when he was with Farmers Insurance. I was previously with Allstate for over 20 years and the customer service I have received with his agency has far exceeded anything I ever expected with an insurance company. His staff is attentive, super knowledgeable, operate with attention to detail and are very professional. I am a local real estate agent and recommend his services to all of my clients.
