Monico received his real estate license in 2012.  Before that he worked as an engineer consulting for the Florida Department of Transportation where he oversaw multi-million dollar construction projects. Lily received her real estate license in 2010.  Lily has a background in education where she taught language arts for 10 years and then was an assistant principal for 15 years.
