Shoreline Building Performance offers a wide range of consulting services to optimize existing and new homes. These services include Energuide Evaluations, Step-Code modelling and compliance reports, blower door testing, infrared thermography, HVAC load calculations and equipment sizing, and TECA ventilation checklists. We aim to create comfortable, healthy, durable and efficient homes through occupant-centred design.
