Buyer beware Journey settlement & the Hogan group Not the type of closing company that you want to use when time matters Journey settlement /The Hogan group Courtney commander & Angela BAUMGARTNER are Slow ,inefficient ,unprofessional ,nitpicking unorganized, more expensive then most , horrible Location no parking , And then on top of all that when you get there after finding parking you have to deal with a dis-shuffled awkward representative that is just barely got it together for you. Not the kind of closing company you want to use when time matters Just to clarify Mr Manager.your a lier! i didn't threaten anyone. The request of the settlement company had already been given to them more then once in two different ways. Because of Courtney's inefficiencies The paperwork that was provided Courtney said at the closing table that it was sufficient enough and that the buyer had no problem moving forward. Yet again in the ninthinning Courtney came with the same request as she had already received one or two days prior to closing .
