Dr. Mary Kraft was a god-sent for my move to VA. I had to conduct the entire process of buying my house remotely due to my job, which sounds scary, but Mary made the whole process feel comfortable and secure the entire time. This was also my first home and she explained each step to me until I understood everything and she answered every silly question I had, no matter the time of day. One of the best choices I have made was choosing her as my relator. She really is the best!

This is our second time working with Mary Kraft. The first time was selling our primary residence back in May 2022. The most recent time was to sell our rental property in March 2024. We would recommend her to any of our friends who are in the market selling their home within the Hampton Roads area. She is extremely knowledgeable and will recommend a few things to consider when improving the property before listing it. Trust me, these recommendations were extremely helpful, and sold both our properties in just a few days of being on the market. If you are looking for a great realtor, call Mary Kraft today! If we have the option to make it back to the Hampton Roads area, we will be calling Mary to find our next home. She is terrific to work with!

We had a wonderful experience with Mary. She was extremely helpful through our first home purchase. Her being prior military, she was also very familiar with the VA loan. She had great and fast communication throughout the process and we found our home much quicker and easier than expected. She still keeps in touch and has annual get togethers for her clients. Mary was very helpful in providing recommendation on places to live, especially since we were looking at homes from a different state. She was very accommodating and would FaceTime in for every showing since couldn't be here in person- she would point out all the good and bad in the homes. Would 100% recommend Mary as your next realtor!
