Burger Bar on Congress is the ultimate food enjoyment zone for burger aficionados. Serving up premium beef big mouth burgers, homespun shakes, and addictive fry creations, Burger Bar on Congress also pays homage to the city's legendary food truck with a walk-up window on Austin's Congress Ave. We are proud to specially feature 100% American Wagyu burgers. Sourced from Wyoming's Brush Creek Ranch, this purebred beef from legendary Japanese bloodlines is known for its rich, buttery flavor and subtle sweetness. Give one a try and see what the hype is all about!
