Improper Billing! Horrible Customer Service! Stay Away! Initially called Experience Dental to ask if they were included in my insurance network. They called my Insur Company and were told I was. Had work done - no problem. Months later, Exp Dental calls to say the Insur Co made a mistake and I wasn't covered, but the initial call was recorded, the Insur Co said they understood their mistake and I should file a reconsideration letter citing all of this. Exp Dental asked me to pay the total bill and I asked them to wait until my claim was accepted because this was not my error - I acted in good faith, did my due diligence and this was an error between the 2 companies (I had already paid all of the deductibles). I filed the letter and the Insur Co wrote back asking for all records from Exp Dental. Exp Dental responded to me that they would send all info to Insur Co. Insur Co finally responded with denial of claim because Exp Dental did not respond with the requested info. Exp Dental then submitted my bill to a collection agency.
