Quality Workmanship Since 1985. The Most Trusted Waterproofing Comany in the Hamilton and Burlington Area. Basement Specialist is the most trusted basement waterproofing company in the Hamilton and Burlington area. Our company is not a franchise. We believe that when you deal directly with the owner, the service is unbeatable.
Tom and his team have been doing basement waterproofing, structural repairs and new construction projects for more than 27 years. Our team members are licensed Sewer Contractors, licensed Drain Layer Contractors, and Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) certified. Tom himself is a certified Master Builder.
Our work is guaranteed for 25 years and is fully transferable should you sell your home. We guarantee our work is done right, the first time. If you have any concerns, just call us. Unlike fly-by-night contractors, we'll be around this year, next year, and still 25 years from now to address your needs.
