At Central Outreach, we promote wellness in our community by fostering our patient's whole self, focusing on culturally competent care by striving to understand our clients. Central Outreach is a federally funded organization through the PA Department of Health, and this grant funding allows us to utilize contracted pharmacy services that help fund our clinic. By using our funding this way, we create an environment where patients can receive the care they need without the obstacle of expensive out-of-pocket costs.
