Sandra O'Connor - RN, BSN, CSCM, Owner. I started Elder Care CNY after my father passed away on Hospice. Both of my parents had independent caregivers in Virginia Beach, VA, which greatly improved their quality of life in their later years. With my nursing experience and education, I wanted to bring the same type of home care (registry) and quality of independent caregivers to Central New York.
