I cannot express how deeply disappointed I am with my experience with Kelly's Van Line. What seemed like a reputable moving company turned out to be a complete nightmare. From start to finish, the ordeal was marked by dishonesty, negligence, and unprofessionalism. The original offer presented by Kelly's Van Line turned out to be a scam. They claimed to own their trucks, but it's a lie. Moreover, they conveniently omitted services like insurance and furniture packing that were initially agreed upon, only to spring up with extra fees and hold my belongings hostage until I paid $2000 more. Their insurance is nothing short of a scam. Despite requesting it and being promised coverage, it mysteriously never made it to the contract. This, I later realized, was a tactic to present a lower price to entice me to sign with them. Once they step into your house, the overcharging game begins. They claim items aren't on their list, even though you meticulously provided the information beforehand. Shockingly, their own workers admitted that the damages caused were a result of the company's terrible handling. A lot of my furniture arrived broken and damaged, even thought I paid extra for them to pack it with they did not do. Dealing with Kelly's Van Line was a total nightmare, especially when I tried to sort things out. This guy, Philip James from customer service, was a real bully. Instead of helping, he called me names, made me doubt myself, and even hung up on me. It felt terrible and made the whole situation much worse.

We used Kelly Vanlines to move from Ocala, Fl to San Jose, CA last month. I had searched for a long distance mover and was super comfortable with the rice give in comparison to some other quotes I had received. I did get cheaper ones but I have always believed that cheaper does not mean better. You sacrifice a lot of things when you go cheaper.
