We buy houses in the Atlanta area that are in need of heavy remodeling and renovation, who's owners are upside down or tax-delinquent, or properties of landlords who are looking to offload their assets. Furthermore, we hold real-estate assets (such as single family homes, multi-family units, commercial real estate and apartment complexes) available to rent, as well as renovate and sell homes.
