This was a truly terrible experience. We booked a van from GA to MA. The helpers broke many items, on delivery the worker we paid for didn't show up. We asked for refunds and Dependable Van Lines stopped answering emails. Do not use this company.

The company did not come out to our house to give an estimate for the move, everything was done over the phone. The cost of the move tripled by the time we finalised our load roster. By that time we had already paid a deposit and did not want to cancel their services, lose the money, and start from scratch.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Quoted $300 charged $525 turned up 2 hours late, damaged our furniture beyond repair. Damaged our rental walls. threw our couch in the truck. Had too move our fridge, couch, drawers on our own as they were incapable. Charged us overtime for being late. Two men who had no care for our belongings and couldn't care less for the damaged done. Going to take this further. Disgusting service.

We booked a simple move of our apartment which they estimated to be about 350 cubic feet. When the movers arrived they claimed there was actually double the cubic feet to be moved. We called the customer service number but they were not helpful, in fact they sided with the driver. They could not explain how their estimate could be so far off. I would not use them again nor recommend them to anyone.

Due to an unexpected reason, I had to cancel the reservation in the next 3 hours. And when I contacted, the rep told me that the accounting team would contact me and issue a full refund.

Brook and his staff were all on time on the move date, and I was amazed at how efficient and careful they all were in moving my heavy furniture. The entire move was completed in around 4 hours without any damage. I would just say, Dependable Van Lines provided the best price compared to others in the market and did the best work possible.
