As a counselor working under direction and supervision, I enjoy working with people to help them feel heard and valued. Providing clients with a space where they can be their authentic selves is what I strive to do. While my path to counseling has been unorthodox as a former economics student, I realized it is my true calling upon finding that the most joy in my former profession came from interacting with clients to improve their lives. Modern-day living can be hectic and overwhelming, but therapy does not need to be the same way. I specialize in depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and life transitions using effective strategies.
