This odyssey is ultimately about you, but here is some information about me to help you decide if you’d like my support along the way. My name is Ana, and I graduated from Villanova University where I got my BA in Psychology and later my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a National Certified Counselor and Certified Trauma Professional. Throughout my clinical experience, I have helped clients navigate various concerns and and co-occurring issues, primarily addiction and trauma. Having worked with diverse clients with varying backgrounds and experiences, I believe that every client is unique and that you are ultimately the expert on yourself, which is something I will try to incorporate in my work with you. I bring non-judgmental warmth to each session and strive to provide a caring atmosphere where my clients can feel safe.
