The next step is to make any final changes to your design, make sure the materials (flooring, windows, decking, vanities, etc.) are what you want and sign the contract. At the contract signing there is a 1/3 deposit to secure your project on the calendar. During the building process we will be with you every step of the way. There to answer questions when you have them and ensure that the project is moving forward smoothly and exceeding expectations.
