I provide one-on-one therapy (SC residents only) and life coaching (internationally) to assist in overcoming blocks and reaching life goals. I am a licensed therapist and Certified Adult Chair® Master Coach. Work with me one-on-one to uncover your own personal blocks and gain a deeper understanding of your journey: past, present, and future. I will help guide you to manifest the life you long for, all while building confidence in the person you are and celebrating YOU along the way! My goal is not to “fix problems” but to identify blocks and stuck points keeping you from having the life you desire!
