Founding member of the Cash Law Firm, LLC in 2024. Member of South Carolina Bar since 1991. Best Lawyers of America in the areas of family Member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the South Carolina Association for Justice (SCAJ), and the American Association of Justice. I hold an "AV Preeminent" rating from Martindale Hubbell (judicial and peer rating). I was elected by my peers to serve as the President of South Carolina Association of Justice (SCAJ) for 2016-17. I previously was elected and served on the Board of Governors for the SCAJ (2003-2009, 2011-2013), and I served as President-Elect, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer for SCAJ during 2013-2014. I am also contributing author to the topic, "Negligence," which is published in South Carolina Jurisprudence. I am a member of "Super Lawyers" in the area of family law.
