Kara has been a Physician Assistant since 2006 and serves as the Director of Advanced Practice Providers, overseeing the APP team including scheduling, training, and overall management. She works with the physicians and patients at Chesapeake Urology's Towson office. As a PA she performs assessments, diagnoses, and treatments of patients in the hospital, Emergency Room, and office setting, performs hospital consultations, and assists with surgery. Kara also runs the Advanced Prostate Cancer Clinic at Chesapeake Urology's Towson location and fills in at the clinics throughout Maryland as needed.
