The first and only gym in the worldto leverage Brainwave Entrainment to rewire the brain through a group fitness class experience. We synchronize the music, lights and movements of the workout into a seamless experience using a method call brain entrainment which triggers the reward and pleasure circuits of the brain that release dopamine, endorphin and other neurochemicals. Over multiple workouts, these hormones become associated with the workout and rewire the brain to look forward to physical activity enabling greater consistency and reaching goals faster.
