I did "Yoga with Brie". I took both group and individual classes. This was my first time doing yoga. Brie helped me to understand breathing and how each pose should feel. If a pose was too difficult or painful for me she would change it for me to get the same benefits. Treating the individual is what BPT is all about, not only in therapy but yoga as well. You can tell that Brie not only knows yoga but also a love for it.
