Dr. Charles Kaplan received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated from Emory University School of Medicine and then completed his general surgery internship at The New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center. He completed his residency in urology at Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Dr. Kaplan was awarded the Pfizer scholars in urology award as a resident.
