It was a nice, well organised flight. The checking-in process was fast, the check-in staff were courteous and the boarding process was efficient. The flight was on time and the inside of the plane was comfortable while flying. I called ahead to check on my reservations and travel information with 8OO 2S8 1388. The representative was polite, informative and explained my trip in detail. Overall, I had a positive travel experience.
