Our mental health counseling services include EMDR therapy, trauma therapy, depression and anxiety counseling and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. Coming to a mental health clinic can be intimidating. Fortunately, at Centered Wellness Counseling, we approach therapy as a collaborative effort. Our counselor, Kegan, has benefitted from therapy and counseling in her own mental health journey and wants to bring this benefit to others. She's passionate about making a difference and is dedicated to her clients. She believes that the person who knows you best is you, and she gives clients space to have their needs heard and met.
