Cortney White, MSN, CNM, WHNP-BC, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago in Chicago, Illinois followed by a Master of Science in Nurse-Midwifery/Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. Cortney was an emergency room and intensive care unit nurse for 13 years. After graduating with her master's degree, she moved to Florida to start her career as a Certified Nurse Midwife. She provided well-women and prenatal care along with delivering over 100 babies in two years. Since joining SGF in 2019, Cortney's responsibilities include counseling patients on various fertility treatments, performing monitoring and baseline ultrasounds for fertility preservation and treatments, completing intrauterine inseminations (IUI), coordinating ovulation induction and in vitro fertilization cycles, and more. Cortney currently cares for patients as a Certified Nurse Midwife at SGF Tampa Bay's Westshore location.
