Heard Lots of stories about the reception staff Jake but NEVER believe it till I see it!! Went here Today for a car repair services instead got told off and lectured by him for coming late and on almost missing my appointment .
The reception Jake or Jacob is just plain Rude and hostile. NEVER have i imagined such customer services still persist in this modern days!!

Rude customer services coming from the reception or Front desk manager Jake is just make no appetite on coming back anymore even IF cars are burst into flames!!

These mechanic are the WORST, pass my Toyota camry for them to fix and repairs due to airbags dysfunction and control had some lit up, end up just gotten worse from till it gotten torn apart and the control internal parts got broken down and damaged like a Toyota camry just got repairs to a Hyundai or Kia after repairs!!
