These people made my move an absolutely terrible experience. I would absolutely never recommend this moving company. They are shady and use different means to extract money from you through the process. They aren't transparent about the process at all and would often tell you what you need to hear in order to move on. These guys were assigned to me through a broker, and it was just a terrible experience all through - mismatching contracts between the two, and hidden fees at pickup and delivery that weren't brought up before. They gave me the impression my things would be delivered on a specific date, but it wasn't. They made me pay hundreds of dollars more at delivery because they brought a truck that was the size of two semis and it couldn't fit in our parking lot. Instead of bringing the things in a regular sized moving truck which would've fit, they made it my problem to pay for the "long distance carry". If you must use this company, I'd recommend getting a lawyer and reading through every single line of the contract. They hide things there and just gloss over it claiming that everything is "standard". They hide all the bad reviews and make it look like they are well rated, but they're really not. I honestly wish I listened to the other negative reviews i had found.

Let me just make your decision process really simple - use this company for your move. They did a fantastic job moving me from a cramped 2 bedroom into a house. They were careful, efficient and worked really hard. I would use them again without a second thought.

Save yourself some stress and use these guys for your move! I don't usually write reviews, but felt compelled after such a great experience with south west van lines. They were on time, polite, efficient, and extremely helpful. They made a stressful day so much easier and came in under the original estimate due to how quickly they moved. I would go with them again in a heartbeat!
