Dr. Neilan is a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has served nationally on the "Rhinology and Paranasal Sinuses Committee" and is one of few Surgeons distinguished as a Fellow of the American Rhinologic Society in the Greater Houston area. Dr. Neilan is the Director of Interventional Endocrinology and is the first Head & Neck Surgeon in Texas to offer Thyroid Radiofrequency Ablation.
