Dakota Hills Excavating is a local construction company that offers sewer line installations, construction site preparation services & more. The story of Dakota Hills Excavating began in 2000, when half-brothers Pete Eccles and Tony Connors started AP & Sons. Thanks to their expertise and emphasis on customer satisfaction, Pete and Tony quickly earned the trust of Milbank, SD area residents. Even after Pete retired and Dakota Hills Excavating changed hands, our local construction company has continued to be a top choice for service in northeastern South Dakota. Whether you need to install water and sewer lines or prep a site for development, you can trust us to provide you with professional excavation services.
