Transforming Trauma & Addictive Processes with IFS I am an integrated Level 3 IFS psychotherapist who uses traditional Western and Eastern mental health and wellness approaches. People come to me because they want to overcome emotional, mental, and addictive challenges in their lives. My journey of 29 years in recovery, my passion for psychotherapy, and almost 14 years of practicing in the field have culminated in a unique understanding of the wisdom of spirituality for the healing of anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and PTSD. A former dancer, entrepreneur, and global nomad, I have lived a rich life during which I experienced both extreme addiction and personal spiritual healing. Published author, public speaker, retreat leader, meditator, yogi, and dancer - I bring a lifetime of knowledge and experience to the healing process.
