We initially had My Construction Group inspect our roof and give us a quote, which seemed reasonable. However, once the work began and our original shingle was removed, they informed us that additional plywood was needed, leading to a sudden $25,000 increase, and said if we don't do that they won't apply a permit for it and no coverage at all later. We were able to negotiate it down to $15,000 after several rounds of painful arguments and left our roof totally open for 3 days, but the price still felt excessive and unreasonable. The original estimate should have been more accurate, and the additional charges were frustrating. While the work was eventually completed, the unexpected cost left us dissatisfied. We spent almost $45,000 for a 1,500 sq. ft. house as a data point. Save your money and find another company.

We used My Construction Group to our full home remodeling, with interior and exterior paint. Abraham and his team were professional and honest. Abraham was in constant touch with me through out the project, to keep me updated and aware of what was going on. His workers showed up promptly every day, and cleaned up everyday before they left. Abraham gave us an accurate start date prior to the exam and his team showed up promptly on the expected day at 8am. The project was well organized and completely quickly, several days prior to the estimated finish. And it was very well done. They did a beautiful job and we could not have been happier with the work they did. We highly recommend My Construction Group.

My Construction Group did a great job on my roof. When I contacted them, they contacted me back in just a couple of hours. Ben was able to contact me in a couple of days and kept in contact with any info & bid quote. Ben and his crew were very professional, friendly, polite and helpful. They had my entire roof done in a day and cleaned up very well. My new roof is beautiful, and has given us peace of mind. Recommend them to anyone needing a new roof!

My friend recommended My Construction Group and when I saw how many positive reviews they have I sent a quote. I got response very soon and estimate next day. I was satisfied and decided to hire them. The project was building an addition 250 sq. ft. Before start Ariel explained me every single detail about project and that was very professional from him. He and his crew were really great, worked hard, kept eye on everything and cleaned after themselves. It was a big project so normally there were some issues but nothing serious and they finished on promised time. Excellent work guys, highly recommended company.

The MCG team was instrumental to the success of our brand new kitchen final design layout. Thanks to the patience and persistence of their managers and designers, they achieved the most significant results possible. Lorena, especially was a real pleasure to work with. In the past 2 years, I have completed 2 projects with My Construction Group and I recommend them without reservation. The first project involved the construction of a pool, and patio. It has been two years and everything is still in perfect condition. And they have followed up promptly whenever an issue has occurred. We have recently renovated our master bathroom and bedroom. The project started and finished on time, they are true masters of their craft, and they were very respectful of our space with respect to cleanliness and noise. I would NOT recommend My Construction Group. I had a full bathroom renovation done by them. The cost was $33,000 to MCG which did not include fixtures, sinks, toilet, faucets, shower system. I purchased them separately but they did install them and charge for that. The experience was not what their website suggests it would be and is therefore misleading. They were unprofessional, it was stressful, the trades were not managed, the tiler was totally inexperienced. When I was getting quotes, I was told the job would take 3 weeks but when I went to sign the contract is became 3 weeks plus 10 - 20 business days for fabrication of tempered glass and when the job was finally finished and what was able to be fixed was (which I had to beg for) the total time was 11 weeks. They also had to redo a pocket door because they did not center it, but to fix it they had to cut the door frame larger which resulted in a hole in my carpeting. This was a very expensive undertaking not to mention the time involved and I am very disappointed with My Construction Group experience.

I can personally tell you these people did a kitchen remodel for me while I was 5 months pregnant. A 5 week job turned into 6 months. TOO MANY PROBLEMS TO DESCRIBE. They could barely get the permit approved at the beginning of the project and this is after they gutted out my kitchen. The city had to come back 5 times to check the electrical because Isaac and Abraham couldn't get the work right or the paperwork together. I was under constant stress while I was working full time from home and being pregnant. They were in constant breach of their contract and hired "non-licensed" people to do the work. I'm still having issues with my electrical and my brand new tankless water heater. I also have sockets that used to work, that no longer work in my home.

Unbelievable. They came out for an estimate and tried to charge $12500 for Sheetrock repair. Lots of intimidating/bull sheet stories of what things cost nowadays. We were beyond stunned and told them so. All my other estimates were $1700-2000. B E W A R E.
