Zero stars! I received an email from "John Julian CPA" with an address in Kutztown, PA. The email stated I owed a considerable amount of money for legal - accounting services. I was puzzled considering I live in Scottsdale, Arizona. I contacted the merchant processor who determined the actual account holder is a company called MG Law portraying themselves as John Julian CPA. When I performed a Google search for the address I found similar reviews for Lindsay Guthrie and John Julian. Don't fall for this scam! Don't pay unsolicited invoices from strangers, even if their business appears legit!

Attorney Lindsay E Guthrie sent an 11k past due "bill" to collections damaging my credit. I never hired Lindsay Guthrie. I never had legal issues in my life. I've never been to court. Lindsay Guthrie will not be rehired, even if there are no other candidates available. Initially hired to manage corporate bankruptcy filings, Lindsay proposed alternative methods to address our financial challenges. She indicated a close partnership with her father-in-law, a certified public accountant, to rehabilitate our financial image, offering a glimmer of hope for our business's survival. However, a year later, we discovered ourselves in a more precarious financial position, with unexplained debts owed to unknown creditors. When confronted about the new delinquent accounts on our credit report, Lindsay ghosted me. Upon reaching out to her father-in-law CPA she mentioned, he promptly disavowed any connection to or awareness of our circumstances before abruptly terminating the conversation. Now, we must engage a different attorney to oversee the bankruptcy process and dissolve the corporation due to the mounting debts we attribute to Lindsay. Hiring Lindsay turned out to be a regrettable decision, and now I am forced to incur additional expenses to rectify the aftermath of her actions.

Lindsay Elise Guthrie failed to report a student teacher intimate relationship while acting as the students poms coach. Lindsay has multiple opportunities to protect the minor child from additional abuse but neglected to do so. This is an ethical violation and a criminal offense for failing to fulfill her duties as a mandated reporter. Where were Lindsay's morals when she had a duty to protect kids she was trusted to coach? If Lindsay Guthrie cant bother to protect kids from abuse, we cant trust her as an attorney!
