Owner Chris Holder has always approached business by this principle: "Always set an expectation that I know I can exceed." Chris has been in sales for over 24 years which he began after his service in the United States Navy. Of those 24 years, he has been in the wholesale flooring industry for the last 17 years. For 7 consecutive years he has been in the top 5 salespeople in the country for a major national wholesale flooring company. As he has transitioned into starting his own flooring company, Chris's desire was to combine his sales expertise with the feel of a small family business.
