AunTI'S Ono Shave Ice is as authentic as you can find on the mainland. The islands have always been a big part of my life growing up. Ended up moving there and spending most of my 20's in this paradise. Matsumoto on the North shore of Oahu and Ululanis on Maui, were my go-to spots for Hawaiian shave ice. After moving back here to California, and much practice I have mastered the skill of Hawaiian Shave Ice! Welcome to Layers of Flavor!
