The wooden window frames looked just worn at first, but once I looked closer they were rotting in multiple spots-worse than I expected. Got all four frames replaced with new windows. No more rot risk, and they seal properly without drafts like the old ones had. Install was straightforward; crew protected the sills and interior. Solid upgrade from dealing with deteriorating wood.

The double-hung windows in our dining room rattled every time a truck drove by, and I'd been stuffing the gaps in the frames with weatherstripping for years just to keep the drafts out. Eco Windows Metairie replaced them and paid close attention to the sash balance hardware, which made a huge difference. The crew was there less than four hours, cleaned up everything, and honestly, it's so nice to finally have windows that just work without all the patching. Really glad we did this.
