Gerard has 10+ years of experience working in the Real Estate industry. He was born and raised in Margate and his knowledge base spans all of South Jersey. Prior to joining Marketplace, he obtained a bachelor's degree from Villanova University and worked in multifamily investments where he assisted in the acquisitions and development of over 1 billion dollars of multifamily residential real estate.
