They didn't let me move a thing they put everything into the box and then everything goes into the holding storage until you're ready to drop them off they give you a window day notice so there's no surprises with the drop off either and they bring everything up whether you have stairs or elevators and set anything up if you have a bed or any furniture that you need set up, they do that as well completed everything in less than a few hours and went on with their day. Definitely recommend this moving company
