We are a privately held company in Saint Petersburg, FL.
Our studio offers a 45-minute, high-Intensity, functional, circuit training workout for our members. We have developed 36 themed workouts; created by the F45 Athletics Peak Performance Department, from a database of over 3,000 different exercises, so our members never get the same workout twice.
