Full Spectrum Fitness is a neurodiverse fitness training program that includes personal training sessions, group exercises & more. Call us At Full Spectrum Fitness, we specialize in providing supported exercise programs for neurodiverse children, teens, and adults ages 12 and up. Our mission is to enhance physical health, promote overall wellness, and improve quality of life through personalized fitness programs. Developed from our experience and expertise in special education, exercise science, and adapted physical education, the Full Spectrum F.I.T Program embodies its acronym, standing for the Framework for Impactful Training.
