The Viking Professional Faulty Water Inlet Valve has unfortunately failed to meet expectations. With a total count of 100, this review aims to provide an accurate assessment of its performance and functionality. First and foremost, it is imperative to highlight the major issue with the water inlet valve. Many customers have reported leaks and water flow problems shortly after installation. This flaw not only compromises the appliance's efficiency but also poses a potential risk of water damage to the surrounding areas. Additionally, the valve's construction and durability have come into question. Numerous users have reported that the valve is prone to corrosion and rust, resulting in further deterioration and potential malfunction. This lack of reliability is particularly disappointing considering the reputation of the Viking Professional brand. Furthermore, the customer service provided by Viking Professional in response to these issues has been less than satisfactory. Many customers have expressed frustration with the lack of timely assistance and the difficulty in obtaining replacement parts or repairs. This lack of support further exacerbates the dissatisfaction experienced by users of this faulty water inlet valve. On a positive note, the Viking Professional Faulty Water Inlet Valve does offer some redeeming qualities. Its initial installation is relatively straightforward, and the valve does effectively control the water flow when it is functioning properly. However, these positive aspects are overshadowed by the significant drawbacks mentioned above. In conclusion, the Viking Professional Faulty Water Inlet Valve falls short in terms of reliability, durability, and customer support. With numerous reports of leaks, water flow problems, and a lack of assistance from the manufacturer, it is difficult to recommend this product. Potential buyers should be aware of its limitations and consider alternative options that offer greater performance and peace of mind.
