Seeking help can be tough, but it's a powerful move. Finding a counselor who makes you feel comfortable is key. I’m excited about the journey we'll take together. Hi! I’m a mental health counselor working with adolescents, adults, and couples. My mission is to help you overcome challenges and support you through chronic mental illness, trauma, depression, anxiety, and other significant life changes like marital problems, family conflict, divorce, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. I believe in partnering with you on your wellness journey. Every small step forward is a victory, and I’ll cheer you on through your accomplishments and support you through challenges. Wellness isn’t a straight path, and I’m here to navigate it with you using a positive, strength-based approach. Together, we’ll create a plan that’s just right for you, because no two people are the same, and one size definitely doesn’t fit all. I’m committed to providing a warm, welcoming space where you feel accepted, heard, and encouraged to be your unique self. We’ll work together to address challenges, set goals, and develop tools for meaningful change.
