Since our founding, we have been dedicated to finding new ways to improve the hospice experience by providing more personalized attention and compassionate care. Hospice care is about living, so we work to make meaningful moments with loved ones and our special patient care programs are tailored to do just that. Specialty programs include: - Legacy Projects where patients and families can leave behind memories like making a beautiful blanket, creating a legacy journal, or doing an art session as a family. -The Perfect Day Program where the hospice team aims to fulfill the wishes and dreams of patients, whether it is a special meal, a visit from a loved one, or a meaningful activity. The hospice team works together to plan and execute the perfect day, with attention to every detail and consideration for the patient’s comfort and well-being. -Veteran Recognition Ceremony where the hospice team along with volunteers and the community acknowledge and thank our veteran patients for their service. -Massage Therapy where the trained hospice massage therapist provides therapeutic comfort to our patients and their caregivers.
