Why spend your money replacing your home's roof prematurely? If your asphalt shingles roof is almost 10 years old, this is the perfect time to get some maintenance done before it has a chance to dry. When the asphalt shingle dries, due to oxidation, it drops pellets and exposes the roof coating to the elements. This causes a deteriorating effect and significantly reduces the longevity of your roof. By replacing the oils that protect your roof, we are able to protect your asphalt shingles and improve their flexibility and efficiency, while delaying the oxidation effect and extending the longevity of your roof. Don't wait get younger!
