Hope Counseling and Wellness, LLC offers mental health counseling and serves clients in South Carolina and North Carolina. I create a safe space, whether virtually or in-person, for clients to be themselves and to work toward their mental health goals. Clients learn how to be accountable for and gain better control of their own mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. I come alongside clients to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, family-of-origin issues, psychotic disorders, and borderline personality disorder using an integration of therapy models. Clients report less distress and improved life satisfaction.
