Far Hills Power Yoga is an infrared heated yoga studio committed to helping you feel stronger, calmer and more present in life. The physical practice of yoga and sculpt classes will help you gain strength, flexibility and balance while the mental practice will give you self awareness and inner strength. Our instructors will guide you through thoughtful sequences that are designed to help you take on life with a healthy body and a clear and focused mind.
