Tanya R. Shimer’s law practice has specialized in estate planning and asset protection since 2006. She is also a certified mediator, with over ten-years of experience helping people resolve conflicts through her alternative dispute resolution services. Ms. Shimer strives for impeccability in all that she does and this is reflected in her law practice. Ms. Shimer is a member of Colorado Bar Association, Boulder Bar Association, and several other professional associations. Ms. Shimer resides in the mountains above Boulder. She helps run a nonprofit meditation center and has been teaching meditation and yoga for 20-plus years. Her favorite downtime is spent taking long hikes in the mountains with her yellow lab, Ben.
