Our Avenews is a community developer building real estate programming for underserved communities in Los Angeles.
Our Avenews directs and oversees all developments from acquisition due diligence through project occupancy, including managing entitlements, permits and all construction. Our mission is to direct and lead Design, Construction and Management teams to deliver a pipeline of multifamily residential projects, with bottom-line responsibility to ensure the teams deliver each project on time and on budget.
