I came to Lorenzo and mentioned to him I needed these shirts specifically for a Charity event and he promised to have them done by that date. I made it known that I was on a strict deadline with these shirts and he assured me they would be done so I placed my order. I was told I would receive an artwork image to approve by the first Friday after I had paid. Friday came and nothing. Not until late the following week. After that, I tried contacting them through emails and phone calls but my emails were ignored and my calls went straight to voicemail for days. Finally, I emailed stating I have been trying to contact them for days and that my calls were being forwarded (blocked) and it was very unprofessional. Soon after that, I received a reply and my phone call finally went through. It was very difficult to work with them as they kept making drastic changes to the artwork then telling me I'd get it by end of day to approve but that never happened. I would get it days later and that was after I had to keep reaching out to them myself. Finally, I got fed up with it and asked to cancel and get my refund. Lorenzo then started saying about policy and blaming me for their mistakes and inability to meet their deadlines. They did not want to refund me and were not willing to work with me even though this was all their fault. I asked to get a refund since they couldn't meet the promised deadline or at least give me a discounted price since I won't have use for the shirts after this event. No response yet...I wouldn't recommend going through them. I know I will not be doing business with them again.

This business assured us the work would be First, done on time (it wasn't), and Second, the work would be quality (it wasn't). We got the products back completely off-center and late. And then, when we spoke to the owner Lorenzo, he was incredibly rude and hung up on us. I never leave reviews, but this experience was just so bad, that I had to.

Horrible experience! I placed an order on 9/16/24, and as of 11/14/24, I still do not have the order. I have reached out multiple times and only got one response of "will take care of this on Monday," which was almost a month ago. I have not heard anything else or received any response to further emails asking about the status of my order.

TERRIBLE response time!! Can never get a simple answer, do not understand all the 5 star reviews most likely giving deals if people write good reviews, go somewhere else don't waste your time!!!!

Work clothes handed in, May 13th. have it picked up unfinished. 2 of 7 shirts were half finished in 2 months? 0 of 2 sweaters were finished. Quality and expertise rated zero. My question about the bill is self-explanatory for me. Keep it up, it can happen, but I prefer to work with professionals. Missed all deadlines. 1 star for the rating to go out. This should clear up your question.

Can I give 0 stars? I have been waiting on an order for 7 months! The first 3 times the order was incorrect. I have called and emailed multiple times with no definite answer as to what the delay is. Definitely will not be using this company again.

The owner is rude. They don't know how to treat their customers. Never gonna visit or buy something from their store.

They are scam! took my order of printed sweatshirts for which I paid in advance and it was never delivered. They never returned my calls or replied to my emails. The owner "Lorenzo" has no sense of business, he hung up on me when I asked them about the status of my order. JERKS!!
